Optima has assembled a strong team of professionals throughout the U.S. to service your needs. Locally, coverage is provided to you by carefully-selected independent representative organizations nationwide.
Each rep organization is supported by an Optima Customer Service Team consisting of a Regional Sales Manager and two Sales Service Representatives . Each Team is also supported by key people from engineering and manufacturing.

This "team" approach enables Optima to provide quicker response and a higher level of quality, customer service. Optima quality is further enhanced by an on-going program of field and factory training.

Finally, our network of independent representatives also handle a variety of synergistic lines, e.g. connectors, which provides you with even broader product offering and the convenience of one-stop shopping.
